Your AC must be working.....condensed water from the evaporator is collecting in the bin and the drain line is plugged in the wheel well. There are actually two of them, you'll need to carefully snake a rounded tool into the drain and work it to clear the debris. Flushing some water down the evaporator area will help to migrate out the stuff. It's an area of repeated cleansing, it will plug up again, I can promise you that.
If it can't drain, it ends up on the floor of the right hand carpet. Or, in my case, take a high speed right hander, and the water comes willingly over to hit your foot planted on the accelerator.
