The hoses to the oil cooler tend to shrink and leak where they're crimped to the lines that screw into the oil cooler.
Follow the link below to a post from last year which links to a post from a few years before that.
When you do this work, you'll want to remove the oil cooler lines where they originate at the oil filter pad. A 16-mm crowfoot flare wrench will make it a lot easier. You'll also want to replace the O-rings on the lines that connect to the oil filter pad. If you have a good hardware store nearby, you should be able to get some Viton o-rings that fit.
