There's a flexible metal bracket that clips around the lower forward part of your ducting above the passenger foot-well.
The relay box is connected to the bracket via two or three screws.
You should be able to get your fingers around one side of the bracket and gently pry against the clamp shape. Maybe a total distance of 1/2cm. The bracket will swing down once sufficiently released.
It's hard to imagine without seeing the whole thing first. I'll try and post some pictures this evening when I get back home...if you haven't succeeded yet.
