1993 Saab 9000 Aero 5 speed. This is important, because the 1993 means it has the transmission with the attached bracket off the 5th gear cover, which makes it more of a pain to replace the bushing... I need to replace the transmission mount. I did all the others, and I have the new rubber (no, I am not using Poly on the lower) mount. Tqo questions: 1.) Will the Upper Mount R&R tool available from eEuro fit the lower mount? If it does, it would be worth investing in for me. 2.) If it doesn't, when I pull the 5th gear cover, how much oil is going to come out? I'd like to be prepared witht he proper drip pan. 3.) I have the OEM gasket for the 5th gear cover already, but are they made to install with no sealant, or do I use gasket sealer also? 4.) anything else? -Dan Posts in this Thread:
