Rob, it looks like you're in VA based on the inspection stickers on your windshield. If you are close to DC I can loan you a servo unit to try out. I have a problem with my heat flap motor driving in only one direction, so I picked up one at the junkyard a while back. I just keep it unplugged and manually switch it for now because I don't feel like ripping the whole dash apart right now.
