IMHO it's not the DI. I had this same problem in Ohio. I had the check valves on top of the fuel pump replaced. Car started right up, just the way it's supposed to. I didn't diagnose the problem, though. A very nice gentleman at a SAAB Club rally in Columbus, Ohio did the diagnosis for me. Midwestern Auto Group in Columbus did the work. SAABers all across the country are just SO nice.
