This is a challenge for me to test while it is in place, but I will give it a try.
I did measure 0 resistance at each engaged contact while I had the switch apart, and rotating it to the different positions. That's why I feel the switch is good.
(I would almost be inclined to just buy a new switch to avoid working upside down in the footwell.....)
