Just re did the test and I must have had a bad ground. I tried it in a few different spots and got 12 volts (11.9) while in the start position. This means the ignition switch is ok. Now to follow the electricity down the path to the solenoid.
I am definitely NOT an electronics expert, so any additional help would be appreciated.
Also, tomorrow I will bump start it again, as the AC is mounted securely , and the fuel drip was from the filter, which I have replaced.
