1. It is easy to disconnect the starter solenoid, doubt that this wire was damaged
2. The shift linkage WAS out of alignment, predict that the console switch remains OPEN in PARK after all of your efforts to roll the car
3. Alarm modules DO fail, as they are connected to the battery AT ALL TIMES, 7 by 24 hours. Your door lock story tells me that the module spent a long time in a 'corner-case' mode. I consider every electronic component of a ten year old car as capable of turning to dust when it feels like it.
4. The theft alarm relay is likely one of those cheap $8 box relays, which
is energized whenever the car is in RUN. How many hours of runtime does yours have?
