A good hardware store that has the drawers of various nuts, bolts, washers, etc., will have spacers in different diameters and thicknesses made of metal, nylon and plastic. I bet you can find some that will let you adjust where the different components sit so the condenser and fan will work OK. Another alternative is revising the mounting points with some brackets you make up from hardware store parts. Just be sure to paint any pieces to avoid corrosion, and maybe use stainless nuts/bolts.
