I'm having a recent similar problem. I pulled the relay from its spot under the passenger side dash a few weeks ago, and successfully reflowed the solder, and brought the right side blinkers, and the flashers back to life. I went out this am, and was without the rights side, once again. I will re-visit the solder pads, and see if I can get it to work longer-term......They seem to be sporadically working, but I haven't truly fixed the trouble to the relay, just the most likely spot. The relay clicks when the left side is on, but not the right.....
