Tried it on the Duracool tech recomendation, it did ..Nothing.. to stop the inexorable slow leakage. Don't bother.
Annoyingly I have subsequently run across others that have had similar non results... Suggesting that the leakages are not through Perforated condenser evaporator bits, but 'elsewhere'
You also may be right on the swill turning to goop on contact with moisture.
Clearly not going to test that theory tho .. thanks.
