Is the evaporator drain open? It extends downward from the lower middle of the HVAC housing into the lower rear of the engine compartment. It has a flap facing forward that can more or less be seen by looking down between the fire wall and intake manifold.
At one time an acceptable current draw curve was published for the cabin fan motor. May take some digging to find it.
