Drilling out then dremel drilling surface is a PITA job, I did it on my 900 last year. I'm in New England so I'm sure its rusted/seized in there. Found a 9000 at junkyard but same issue, stuck in cylinder. Thanks for info on possible repair. I'll look out west for advertised parts car....
