I have been driving a '96 9000 CS for the past few years and have loved the pep in the turbo. Due to numerous issues, including the need for a transmission rebuild, I recently got a '97 CS but have been having issues with the turbo not being as responsive (or working at all?) as it was in the '96.

I think it's the same engine and should be the same turbo, so I'm not sure what's going on... I had my local mechanic look at it and they cleaned out the vacuum hoses and sent me on my way and said it should be good now. But it's not...

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
