Hello,
Congratulations! Got into this a little late. The little sleeve on the old one can really corrode in there sometimes leading to the necessity to get medieval to remove it. I usually result to vice grips and a dead blow hammer to get the stubborn ones out. But even that way the sleeve sometimes stays in. When that happens I just keep upsizing drill bits until I end up drilling into the sleeve which usually breaks it free. I do have a very large drill bit set that includes quite a selection of fractional, letter and metric bits. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
