well, for one I don't really understand why you're doing it again?
I have a general distrust for master links, they're always a weak link and they won't give any warning when they let go. I also would not trust the Park tool to properly swage a rivet it was not designed for, which is of much larger scale than a bike chain. If it were me, i'd pull the engine, timing cover, and put an endless one in.
