How does the clutch pedal act? Does it appear to have pressure then randomly looses pressure, like sitting overnight? Or feels like it has pressure but does not come right back up when the pedal is released?
You might need to check the fingers on the clutch pressure plate spring.
Was the clutch pack (pressure plate, disc, and release bearing) replaced at the same time the slave was?
My '92 9000 Turbo was loosing clutch pressure and or the pedal was slow to come back up randomly. The clutch would bleed, but kept doing this. I tried more than one master cylinder with no change. No leakage on the clutch lines or evidence of brake fluid dripping from the transmission case.
I just had the clutch pack and slave cylinder in my 1992 9000 Turbo replaced due to a broken finger on the pressure plate spring. Every now and then the broken finger was catching on the slave cylinder seal when the clutch was engaged and letting the slave travel too far causing the loss of pressure.
