TCS is not plug and play! I second what Simon says. If you replace anything like the Throttle body, ETS module, pedal potentiometer, and safety valves they must be calibrated with a tech2 or ISAT.
To even diagnose what is causing the limp home mode you need to have the car connected to a tech2 or ISAT to pull the codes and reset/calibrate the system.
If the throttle body on your 1992 9000 Turbo is an earlier one, it will not have the gold plated pins for the wiring harness connector. The updated throttle body has gold plated pins.
Examine all of the vacuum lines in the engine compartment routed to the two safety valves and throttle body..if they have never been replaced you could have quite a few that are dry rotted to the point of nearly crumbling.
