Like craig said - you might have luck re-greasing them - but I seriously doubt you'll get much life out of them doing that after they've started to fail. More to the point, you can junk-yard them, because they bolt on. Otherwise - I'd strongly suggest you buy the SKF part if you plan on keeping the car long term.
