Either just remove all four lugs and dump the car flat on the ground without jacking. Jam a wheel from some other car in under it if you want to be responsible and a little safer.
Or - - LOOK for a jack in the junkyard - - all sorts of cars have scissor-type jacks that you can get in under any make, under the car or axle somewhere. But as a backup, bring along a Saab jack, collapsed, in a tote bag along with your other tools.
I doubt they're going to be doing surveillance.
A caution, I have never even tried to use a Saab jack, here in New England, as the jack points all look so crusty and tender I don't trust them. But just to hold the car up enough to pull a wheel, it would be okay even on a rusted as heck one.
