With a good synthetic what wears out isn't the oil but the additive package. As others have noted, the only way to know for sure is to have it analyzed by a reputable lab.
It is easier to change the synthetic oil and filter at 5,000 ~ 6,000 mile intervals regardless of color and not worry about your engine and turbo.
