All in all, its trivial, you just need to sort out the details... The simplest path is to find a non-TCS 1995 200HP ECU, and a boost control valve. nothing else is required.
Only manual aeros have a TD04 and a 225HP ECU, and most of them were TCS in 1995, as non-tcs was a special order.
1994+ ECU's will all work, but a 1996+ ecu will throw a code for the lack of a second o2 sensor. You can disable this sensor in t5suite. I run 1997 aero software in my 1995 aero.
The only software available beyond basic OBD2, is T5suite. It is windows only. I'm not sure I'd call it robust, as it's not supported and isn't in current development, but it does the job. You also will need some hardware, such as a canbus adapter, and cable, etc in order to connect to the ECU.
