Maybe someone else can tell you what the tech2 code means.
When you start the engine the ABS light should turn on and stay on for a few seconds while the abs controller runs tests, after which the light turns off. Try starting the engine and, without moving the car, wait for the ABS light to turn off. Does the ABS light turn off? If it turns off, then the controller has successfully completed a system test which includes checking the electrical integrity of the sensors. If it stays on, then one or more sensors is suspect. The electrical resistance of each sensor should be 1100 ohms give or take 100 ohms.
Does the intermittent problem occur only when the car is moving? If so then the ABS controller has detected that one of the sensors isn't producing a speed signal, or is producing a speed signal that isn't the same as the speed signals of the other sensors. That would point to rust or metallic gunk accumulated on the "shutter wheel" that the sensor is reading.
As a diagnostic aid you can do a warm reboot of the ABS system while the engine is running by turning the ignition key to the start position and letting it return to the run position. No, you won't grind the starter. This is just a quick and easy way to see if the condition that turned on the ABS light is still present without turning off and restarting the engine.
The problem is more likely to be a sensor or a dirty/corroded sensor connection. The sensors are exposed to a lot more stress than the ABS module.
