It's a Bosch 13662 - direct replacement, and the correct item per another poster.
Wanna hear something ironic? When I relocated the cat the wires for the rear sensor weren't long enough so I extended them which involved of course splicing them (soldered + heatshrink). That sensor hasn't given me a lick of trouble!
The 28% trim thing is a little weird... using a USB OBDII interface and two different programs, that's the number I got. But when I use the "T5 car dashboard" the tuning guys use via a CAN conection, it says long term fuel trim is "1.07" which basically means 7%. But I also know Trionic has a number of different trims so maybe it's just looking at a different number.
The other thought I had was that the 28% number may not be actually 28% additional fuel but 28% of the max possible adjustment? That would make more sense since 28% additional fuel is a heck of a lot.
