With an auto box they both have 200 HP engines. The manual Aero gets 225 hp.
The seats are the best part. Aero might have a better stereo.
Aero springs and shocks are firmer, 10mm lower, but not a huge difference.
Body trim, like front air dam, fender trim, and rear spoiler are body color instead of black.
FWIW, I have a '96 CSE that I upgraded to an Aero chassis, put in Aero seats and SAS sway bars. Also remapped the ECU to 240 HP. Same result as having a "real" Aero, but with more power.
