The I4 engine only has one bank of cylinders, unlike a V6 or V8 that has two. Sensor 2 in this case is the one after the cat, which is there to monitor if cat is working properly (not adjusting fuel trim). I've never had a 9000 with a second sensor, so I can't tell you how hard that it is to access, but I have replaced them on a couple of Audis where there is very little working room - hardest part is breaking loose the old part, fairly easily done with a O2 socket tool and a breaker bar.
