Lots of driving lately and not much time. My heater flap stepper was not moving. I was able to attach a rod to the loop on the control wire that leads to the blend door lever and run it through a small groove between the ACC and the dash. I'm amazed by how well it works to fine tune cabin temp. I wonder whether the the whole ACC sensor system is any better than the old analog cable control. I may or may not fix the stepper.
"There is nothing more permanent than a good temporary solution..."The quote had something to do with WWII quonset huts.
