I've removed the door panels without opening the door several times on various 9000's. From memory....Remove as many of the mounts as you can with the seats still in their normal positions (door handle, door pull, power window switch, screws at front and rear of bin (may have to get the rear after seat bottom folder forward). Then fold the seat bottom forward and you can access the remaining few sites (screw holding the courtesy light and inside screw holding the light bracket). Then you can lift the panel starting from the rear to disengage the inner sweep and slip the lock handle through the hole on top of the panel. Once out, remove the dust panel and you should be able to pull the rod to the hinge to open the door.
