Oof, that's a tough one and no fun. If your brakes were fine before it's unlikely the MC suddenly went bad. This seems to happen on clutches oddly, but I personally haven't heard of a new caliper killing an MC before.
Sometimes it's best not to over think things - if you replaced one part and something's now not working, most of the time the problem is that part.
You've got to be 110% sure there's no leak. You may not be able to see fluid to have an air leak. Triple check all of your new connections.
It's worth trying to bench bleed the master too, and if you get the fluid low to where its in two seperate chambers you might be able to tell which has bubble in it to at least narrow it down the problem circuit.
Do you still have your old calipers? Swap them back on to see if that fixes things. I haven't heard of it, but I'd certainly assume a junky rebuild to cause an air leak at the caliper.
