As others note, I think you're OK if the engine hasn't been turned and the water is all in the pan. But it seems weird that all that water would just wind up in there. Has to be 2-3 quarts. Once you get it running it'd probably be a good idea to only run it briefly--just few minutes to get oil circulating-- then drain all the oil.
That's just me being paranoid. Others may know better.
And if you need an oil pan, I may have one. Email me and I can check.
