When I needed rear calipers on my '97 CSE I got them at Autozone, mainly because I didn't want the hassle of shipping cores back plus there would be someplace local to go if there were problems. (Sure enough, one of them was a leaker - store replaced it with no problem.) Price is about the same as Eeuroparts. Supposedly they carry a lifetime warranty. Aside from the initial leak problem on one they've been problem-free for a couple of years now.
I don't know if the problem you're seeing with the adjusting screw is a deal-breaker or not, but here's a rebuilding procedure:
