'97 9000 CSE automatic. Friday morning on the way to work, came over a small rise, and lying across the road is a dead tree. No where to go, minimal time to react, hit it at about 45 mph. Broke both marker lights, RH headlight, wiped out lower valance, splash shields, LH inner fender liner, air filter box, fog lights, hood, misc other pieces. Drove a brance through the bumper cover, and another into the condensor and intercooler. Fortunately, that one hit fins, bending the tubes out of the way, and retained A/C charge, no loss of boost. Large branch stuck under car until I could jack it up to remove.
Repaired / replaced most of it, but now comes the interesting part. All front lights work normally (headlights, markers, blinkers). Taillights fine. No main dome light, but door lights come on dimly (regardless of switch position). No reverse lights, but the hatch icon on the pictogram comes on when the car is put in reverse, or the door is opened. Where do I start looking?
