OK to Start Car While on Jacks

This may sound like a dumb question but in replacing turbo have car on 2T car jacks on either side (at book jack points) plus scissor jack at front center lift point. After turbo switch it is recommended to start & run and check for leaks. Figure better to deal with any potential leaks if car still elevated but am a bit concerned about starting & vibration. Wondering if there is a mechanic's commandment that says don't start car while up on car jacks? DIY Mechanic
