I'm thinking DI cassette or spark plug gap. If your spark plugs haven't been re-gapped in more than 20K miles, the gap can widen too much, and the car will miss. I had this happen once. This can also destroy a DI cassette, but the DIC can also fail all by itself.
When you say it doesn't happen when driving slowly, I'm interpreting that as avoiding using much power - ie, a light touch on the gas pedal, and not related really to the speed of the car. Things that happen at higher speed but not at lower include suspension and steering problems. You can test these by going down a hill at higher speed but light on the gas pedal.
The first thing I would do, though, would be to pull the plugs and gap them. If they're all OK (check the owner's manual for the appropriate gap), then try putting in a known good DI cassette as a test.
