I have an impact gun for removing the crank pulley bolt. Not sure how to go about removing the pulley if it's stuck, I don't think it has threaded holes for a bolt-style puller and would not want the rubber insert to separate using a 3-jaw puller.
Have not yet found a 9000-specific torque spec for the bolt but I did find that the figure for the late C900 (Bentley manual) and the 9-5 (online) is 129 ft-lbs, so that's probably about right. I also found a recommendation to use blue loctite on the bolt and to make sure the oil pump is primed with grease or vaseline upon reassembly.
I expect aside from issues having to do with the different engine orientation that the procedure in the Bentley manual for late-model C900 is going to be pretty similar to the 9000.
