Hi all, just to let you know that the problem was the DI-APC module. Test the CPS from what Ari posted here and works fine (I did installed a new one about a year ago because I had similar problem not starting). I swapped out the DI-APC module and I checked the fuel pressure gauge that installed and had pressure. As soon a saw I had pressure, I connected the ISAT and it communicated with the LH, DI-APC and the ETS ecu´s. Found some codes that had created, 1 in the LH and 2 in the ETS modules. Wrote them down and cleared all the code. Started the car and rechecked for any diagnostic code in all system with the ISAT and no code pop up. I have started the car about 6 times and started right up. Later I´m going to test drive it and see how well it does. I hope this helps some one that encounter with the same problem I had. I need to find out why the DI-APC ecu went bad. Maybe is exactly what Ari´s DI-APC ecu found when he open it up and found "a corroded component - the timing crystal for the microprocessor. The crystal wasn't oscillating, and the processor wasn't cycling."
