The whole bracket needs to be replaced, but a used one is usually fine.
Do the alternator (or at least the VR) while you're there, and take a close look at the PS pump, too. Look for leaks! And if you have over 40-50K on the serp belt might as well do that at the same time, along with some pulleys. It costs more, but it's better than going in a second or third time to do the other bits.
Be careful when tightening the bolts that hold the bracket to the block. I found one of them stripped on my car --after the bracket had been replaced by a shop-- when I did the alternator.
