Yes frozen lock is a new one :-(. My 97 had power lock problems with 2 or 3 doors not working. My issue was the need to open up all doors and 2 new lock solenoids and lots of lubrication of the bar linkage. I suspect the only solution for you is to get inside all doors and see whats going on - removing door cards is not hard at all. Need to check stiffness of locking operation and proper install of locks and their mating with lock system (a good strong penlight is key). If you have lock cylinder issues I suggest removing those lock cylinders (by removing door handle) and cleanng them- by you or a locksmith. New generic solenoids can be got cheap on amazon although in one case one bolt hole did not lineup and had to jury rig but worked fine.
Sooo dive in, its a fun project without the grease of an engine job :-).
