Ok, the speaker panels come out, each with two torx bolts on the ouside (door must be open) and one in the inside corner. then they kind of slide out forward.
The dash itself has a screw at the base of each a-pillar, and at each front corner, all under the speaker panels you just took out. Then there's a few screws across the front...one from the top of the instrument panel cutout that's aimed up, and one under the SRS emblem, aimed forward. There are a few plastic washers under some of the screws still, don't loose them as they help with the rattles.
The cluster itself just has a pair of short torx sheet metal screws at the top, and a pair of rubber feet that isolate it from sheet-metal sockets at the bottom. Be careful not to loose those.
Do not power up the ignition with the dash unplugged, it'll a code on the SRS you need a tech2 to clear.
