It should come right out, just use care so as not to damage wiring or connectors. The cluster is probably loose at the bottom. That's what I found on mine when I went in there to reseat the EDU connector.
There are plastic tabs on the bottom of the cluster that just sort of sit in metal slots to locate the bottom edge. Probably there were some kind of rubber or plastic spacers to seat it in place originally. Gone on mine but it doesn't seem to affect anything.
