I used a torch to burn out the bushing enough that I could stick a sharp knife in and cut out the rest of the rubber. I then took a sawzall with a long metal cutting blade on it, stuck the blade inside and made two cuts about 120 degrees from each other into the remaining jacket/race. Be careful, the saw will cut through the aluminum bracket like butter once you get through the bushing jacket. Once I had those cuts I took a flatblade screwdriver (a sharp punch would be best) with a mini sledge hammer and bent the edge of the bushing jacket between the cuts. I then used these bent parts of the race as a pad for a large prybar and a sledgehammer to collapse part of the jacket inward. At this point the rest of the race will just be jangling and you can probably remove it by hand.
It might sound like a lot, but it probably took me five minutes total.
