The ground under the dash is on the lower windshield frame ~ 6" in from the driver’s side corner, I think it is 10MM bolt. I've snugged mine up ~1/8 turn. It's into sheet metal so don't want to strip out. The screws to take the dash cover off are Torx. Some on top and on the side (need doors open) of speaker grille. Also screws along front of dash - one underneath about where speedo is and also one under the glovebox door rubber stop to the upper left of glove box door. There are also 10MM bolts front outer corners by windshield. There is a large cable under the dash that the dash clips to I think 3 clips. You may also want to push the red LED into the dash so you don't break the LED wires removing the Drivers speaker grille, you can re-push into the hole when putting back together. I had to get new LED @ Radioshack as my leads broke off right at the LED. You may have more slack in your wire.
There is a ground cable on the driver’s side that runs from the transmission to the drivers fender behind the battery tray. You need to remove the battery and the battery tray. There is also a small ground location on the top of the driver’s fender about the same area by the vacuum valve. I could not break the ground loose on the transmission side. I had to disconnect the large connector to the TCS module to remove the battery tray. There’s a metal “clamp” on the connector that you rotate to loosen the connector. I also needed to disconnect the Positive battery cables at the front of the battery tray – 2 nuts under the little plastic cover to remove the battery tray.
The other ground wire is on the upper engine mount dog bone and runs to the head on passenger’s side.
