Well, at a minimum you'll want to get the coolant out of the oil ASAP. Probably you'd need to drop the oil pan to see if there is any mechanical damage due to the hydraulic lock. Sounds like the lockup occurred at startup so hopefully there was not enough power being produced to damage anything. Draining the oil and seeing if there are any metal bits in it is probably the easiest first step.
