Eeuroparts shows both Proparts and "Genuine SAAB" heater fans available. It used to be you could buy just the bare Bosch motor for about $50 and transfer the plastic fan but they don't seem to offer that option any more. Both fans are expensive, the SAAB part particularly so but it is listed as being made in Sweden. (No country of origin listed for Proparts, so it's a crap shoot.)

I don't know much about the Seiko compressors, both of my 9000s have the Sanden part which is quite durable. If it's really making a tapping noise you might want to replace it, or at least avoid using it until it's replaced. If the compressor starts throwing metal shards into the AC system you'll have a real mess on your hands.
