ACC Blower fan speed Posted by skibumm100 [Email] (#3255) [Profile/Gallery] (more from skibumm100) on Sun, 30 Apr 2017 11:48:30 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Quick question - on my 96 Aero the blower speed starts at very low speed on start-up but ramps up to high speed shortly afterward. The car is not warmed up and it blows cold air until the engine warms up. Once warmed up, the ACC controls the temperature fine. On my other 97 9000's, the blower speed doesn't ramp up until the car warms up. What component controls when the blower speeds up and tries to reach and maintain the temperature setting on the ACC when set on "Auto"? It does the same thing whether it's trying to cool or heat the cabin. TIA!
