That looks like very low compression across the board.
According to my Haynes manual for the 9000 any cylinder testing under 10 bar (about 145 psi) is considered defective, and cylinders should not vary more than 2 bar (29 psi), or 20%. Compression test is to be done with engine warm, spark plugs removed, fully charged battery, and ignition cassette disconnected. Your picture is not coming up but I'd suspect that either the gasket is not sealing or you have some bad valves.
