This is a new one to me. I swore up and down it was leaking out of the oil return line. It's a brand new rebuild. Tvl for with a 22t wheel on it and switch the turbine wheel to a 9 blade. Is there something in that process that would make oil leak between the turbine housing and the center section. The silver clamp that holds the turbine housing to the center section oil seems to be leaking out of the bottom of it. I have no smoking out of the tailpipe I have no oil consumption by the engine. The car has been tuned by Mike D. The car drives amazing ,really fast. I have taken the oil return line off three different times change gaskets seals. The last time I took it off everything was completely dry around the gasket itself I saw no evidence of it leaking past the gasket. If I go and drive it and I boost it up pretty good you can just see where oil seems to be coming out of the center section where it meets the exhaust turbine housing. I've looked at this multiple times and it doesn't seem like that should even be possible without it smoking out the exhaust. I'm going to take that clamp off and separate the exhaust housing from that center section and see what I can see. Just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
