As long as you are replacing the tensioner pulley, I would suggest also replacing the idler pulley, which seems much more prone to failure - perhaps due to its fixed axis getting sudden jolts. An SKF idler pulley failed on my car while my wife was driving; she didn't notice that anything was the matter and much coolant boiled out but mercifully the engine didn't completely overheat.
As soon as it gets reasonably warm, I have a box of TRW suspension/steering parts that need installation - it snowed here on Sunday.
