Which way does clutch hose get installed? Posted by Bill Homer [Email] (#3427) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Bill Homer) on Tue, 31 Jul 2018 10:15:31 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
i.e. from inside under the dashboard or from the outside under the hood - or maybe this is going to be completely apparent once I start in on this?
Got in my 1994 9000 Aero yesterday morning 150 miles out of town to find that the clutch was not disengaging until the pedal was very close to the floor. No leaks, so it is probably the clutch master cylinder giving up - car has 191,000 miles. Seeing as how I have had two of my recent cars suffer from leaking clutch hoses, I'm also going to preemptively install one while replacing the clutch master cylinder - ordered FTE brand, allegedly the OEM manufacturer.
